“ Literally amazing bbq and service. Arrived to GQue BBQ very late on a Thursday night after spending the whole day moving. Matt welcomed my husband and myself with a smile! Even though they had a couple minutes until closing, Matt brought out a gallon of ice tea and sauces for us to enjoy our food while sitting outside. It was a perfecting ending to a perfect day! Thank you! ”
“ If there were more comfortable seating options and it was a true table service restaurant this would be 5 stars. Those Cajun citrus wings, fall off the bone. They have a rich smoky, sweet yet spicy flavor that dances around your pallet. The pulled prom sandwich is a monster. I notice that earlier in the day it is less dry but still amazing. The only complaints I have are no table service ( for the price point I shouldn't feel like I'm walking into a freaking Chipotle) and no fresh onions!! That is sacrilegious when it comes to BBQ. TRY the mustard sauce, it's amazing. ”

“ Great place, everything had good flavor. In my opinion the pulled pork was a little dry. Wings were very good. I would prefer the wings to have a little more spice, I had hot bbq their spiciest sauce. I would say the same thing for the sauce on the table, good but needs more fire. Please don’t get me wrong, this operation has excellent food. Place is extremely clean, staff was spot on with good attitudes, and very friendly. I will return! ”

“ What are the odds, Denver has some pretty decent BBQ. It’s not as good as you know where in St. Louis, but it’s still good barbecue. The location is in a great spot. There was plenty of seating, both inside and out and overall a great atmosphere. I’m sure it gets busy but today there were only a couple people ahead of me, and no real wait at all. They don’t have or at least they didn’t today baby back ribs but instead had pork spare ribs. I also had the beef brisket and a side of beans. The ribs were exceptionally tender, and had a nice bark with good flavor. The brisket was juicy and tender and very flavorful, and also had a great bit of bark on one side, which was loaded with flavor. I didn’t care much for the beans, but that one thing is not enough to distract from the overall quality of the food. The staff was friendly and professional, and the food arrived at my table, fairly quick after ordering. Overall, I was very pleased and the barbecue was just what I needed today. ”

Juicy, savory, and wrapped in crispy bacon goodness—absolutely mouthwatering! Even though this review is for their Lone Tree location (since I can’t find the one at Empower Field), I know GQue BBQ brings their A-game no matter where they are! Pairing this incredible food with the excitement of a Broncos game? That’s the kind of combo that makes your day unforgettable. If you haven’t tried GQue yet, you’re seriously missing out!
